Entry File Uploads

Use this section to upload the scores of your audition pieces.

Each file should contain a complete work, including all movements, pieces from a song cycle or sections of the piece Note that there should be one score for each audio files uploaded (below.)  The prefix of the filename should exactly match the name of the corresponding score.

  • Pages must be in the correct order.
  • Must be in PDF format, portrait orientation.
  • Remove or obscure anything on the score that could identify you. If your name is visible on a page, erase or cover it before scanning the score.  Also remove or delete all metadata (tags) created when saving the PDF.
  • Name the file in this format: your_name-name_of_piece_composer_name.pdf.  
  • The prefix of the filename should exactly match the name of the corresponding audio file.  IMPORTANT NOTE: Filenames must not contain the “.” (dot or period”}  character except immediately before the “pdf” suffix.  Example: “my_name-name-name_of_piece.pdf”, not “my_name.name-name_of_piece.pdf”

Use this section to upload the audio files of your audition pieces.

  • Must be in MP3 format.
  • Remove all MP3 metadata or tags.
  • Name the file in this format: your_name-name_of_piece-composer_name.pdf.

Use this section to upload the entry documents.

The filename must begin with your_name, as above.  Each file must be in PDF format.  The documents required are:

  • a scanned legal document(s) [such as birth certificate or passport, etc.] certifying date and place of birth, nationality, and residence of the competitor;
  • a curriculum vitae;
  • a separate list of teachers’ names of the last five years and specific years spent with each teacher;
  • a scanned copy of the CD declaration form (see attached), to be completed and signed by the recording technician in attendance. For multiple recording sessions, submit a form for each session;
  • a list of submitted MP3s including file names, full titles of works as they appear on the score (including movements), date of composition, full names of composers, timings and performance order;
